Sort of a good glitch

At times we’ve seen some good glitches – ones were people get an extra spin, an extra holiday gift or extra push on the big button of cash.

The good glitch fairy has come to our main account and from what we are hearing, to some other user’s accounts as well. For four days now, our account has at 100 for health, happiness and hunger. That’s right, we haven’t fed our pet in four days now. We’ve played games for an hour at a time – no change. Answered questions at Quizzy’s, still 100 across the board. Gardened our big full room garden – nothing dropped.

I’m sure that by mentioning this, Webkinz will probably ‘fix’ it. Truth be told, I sort of miss feeding our pets and our food supply isn’t dropping, which means our dock isn’t dropping any from normal feeding.

Medieval Curtains on Tuesday

It has been well over a year if not longer since the Medieval Curtains have been available in the Curio Shop but Tuesday they’ll be there at 6pm for $1,300.

Remember despite it being labeled in the plural (meaning curtain vs curtains), each item is only one curtain so if you want to use them around a window or to frame something, you’ll need two.

Polar Plunge Poor Player, Part II

As I’ve posted about before how bad I am at Polar Plunge. I decided that I’m going to get a trophy from this game from my own play. I made the same decision about Go Go Googles and eventually managed to do it.

After a five days, I’ve managed to get up to $25 and over 6,000 points on the basic level. In other words, I still stink and lately poor Inukshuk has even had to be taken down the mountain by the Ski Patrol Rescue.

Let’s all hope Inukshuk survives my horrible play! Any tips to help his survival rate would be gladly accepted!

Happy Valentine’s Day

Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone! We woke up this morning to find Love Frogs waiting for each of us downstairs from my husband/Hayley’s dad. It was very cute.

More good news awaited us – the Webkinz Valentine’s gift had a box of chocolates. It is adorable and I was hoping they’d do that. The Heart’s Desire Roses from Webkinz are much bigger than the Valentine’s Day 2007 flowers, a big plus. Today brings a Super Wheel spin too and it is chocked with great items!

February Trivia Page giving clues?

This is what the February Trivia Page will look like when all the items are revealed. Could this be a Love Cat/Kitten or just something for fun for the month of February? Will the Love Kitten/Cat be the first item that can only be bought online in the widely rumored Webkinz Online Shop? (I do think that is doubtful since Vday is so close but I’m still tossing it out there as a theory).

Some of the images in the photo are from the W Shop – the Roses and the Tan Tubby Tummies Bear. However the food item doesn’t look like anything we’ve seen, except it is close to the ads on the site for the Valentine’s Day candy items. No offense but I certainly hope a DogBeard framed photo isn’t a pet specific item. It doesn’t make sense to me as a new pet hint because this won’t be revealed for everyone else until the end of the month.

I’m baffled as to the direction this is hinting at …

Downtime – won’t be back up until Wednesday at 6am

Webkinz is down, I bet they are getting ready for Valentine’s Day. I’m dying to know what the special gift will be! I’m hoping it will be a cute candy box like we’ve seen in the ads on the site.

Polar Plunge Poor Player

Yes, I confess. It is me who is a poor player of Polar Plunge. Even on this very basic level, I cannot seem to get past 5500 points/22 kinzcash. I’m good at so many of these webkinz games but double P maybe just be one game that is past my brain power. I haven’t even seen a snowflake yet!

I can play Zingoz Pop through to the end of the game (level 30) almost every time so you’d think I had the pattern recognition part of games down. But for some reason I have a mental block about running the whole Polar Plunge gauntlet. I’m starting to feel like I’m giving poor Inukshuk the beating of a lifetime – can webkinz online show up with terrible bruises? Next time I crash him into a tree will we just go straight to Dr. Quack?

I’m sure there are some of you out here who are just fabu at the game. Gimme your trophy
